Need someone who can Edit Gaia Avatars

Yeah I'm getting the urge to have more than just one image of Neaok Chaya and Mikaru, I want to use them in something but with the limited animations of the avatars on Gaia and Tektek I can't do much with them so I need somone who's good at editing images from one limited image and create spritesheets from them, problem is I have no idea who could do it so anyone who is good at it or knows someone good at it, could you direct Me to someone who's good at editing images. Either that or someone who's good at drawing, while I direct the thing, perferably someone who draws in anime style (a good anime artist)anyways does anyone here have the RETA
